As Director of Marketing, Marie effectively communicates Nova’s mission, values, and commitment to outstanding service. With experience in the assisted living industry spanning roles from HHA to administrator, she has a deep understanding of both resident needs and business operations. Through her strategic marketing efforts and knowledge of the senior living sector, Marie contributes to Nova's continued growth, ensuring more families benefit from exceptional care.

David Beer serves as the Chief Operating Office with over 12 years of experience in operations and management within the assisted living industry. With a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence, David is responsible for overseeing a large portfolio of assisted living facilities. His role includes ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and efficiency across all locations. David’s extensive background in managing day-to-day operations, team development, and strategic planning allows him to foster an environment that prioritizes resident well-being and operational success. He has also been instrumental in driving growth and revenue, implementing strategies that contribute to the financial health and continued success of the facilities under his supervision.

As CEO of Nova Senior Living, Mary oversees day-to-day operations and plays a pivotal role in the company’s growth. Her passion for caring for others led her to the healthcare industry where she has over 20 years of experience, progressing from certified care roles to administrator. Mary places a strong emphasis on staff team-building, creating a supportive work environment that fosters exceptional care. Nicky Busel brings diverse experience in both operations and finance as CFO at Nova Senior Living.
